I love to jog with my German Shepherd and normally just hold her retractable leash, which is heavy. This has been amazing! The bungee lead gives her freedom while still keeping her close (I love the traffic control handle), and the belt is so good for getting up my hands.The pockets can hold my phone, keys, and even a bag of poop (much to my chagrin hehe-nothing like running with poop on your hips-but I CAN do it when needed). I love these stretch pockets as opposed to the pouches available on other belts, which adds weight. The belt adjusts smaller or bigger as needed, and has good stretch to it so it doesn't cut into me when my dog pulls. The hardware is strong, and I like that the belt has two rings on it so I can change it up depending on road conditions, or I could attatch a second dog in the future. I would absolutely buy this product again!
