I love that the product is shelf stable so I can keep it on hand for a long time. I had never tried peri-peri, and found this flavor to be quite good with just enough of the pepper to give it a little kick without being hot. The texture of the hummus is more coarse than I prefer, giving it a little bit of a grainy effect, but overall, I enjoy it. I would prefer the containers be a little smaller, since I don't usually eat quite this much hummus at one time. It would be great if the containers could be resealed for later use.
